About Me

I am a licensed psychologist and health coach.  I have been a psychotherapist for over 35 years and also taught psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology for 19 years.   I am the editor of The Whole Mind:  The Definitive Guide to Complementary Treatments for Mind, Mood and Emotions, and the author of The Feel-Good Guide to Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.  I specialize in working with people on health concerns, particularly helping people improve their preventive health behaviors, like eating, exercising, and managing stress.
